BLAIR’S POV

“Blair!”

“Blair, stay with me.” I kept hearing Sebastine call. His voice sounded very distant and the rolling wheels of the stretcher, made my blur vision even more unstable.

I was hanging between consciousness and unconsciousness and I was in labor.

My thoughts were going back and forth, and it felt as though I was hanging between life and death.

This was not the happiest or easiest experience for me. My child wasn’t due until another few weeks, but the stress had compelled me into premature labor and this came with a lot of health risk for me.

Luckily, Sebastine was there to help me, as a matter of urgency.

Since I was already weak from not eating for up to a full day, the doctors had to go surgical with the process and in the next couple of hours, they extracted the child, just before I lost consciousness.

I slowly opened my eyes to the familiar ceiling of Dr. Bruce’s hospital.

My vision took a while to clear out and when it finally did, I recognized Sebastine’s
