BLAIR’S POV

I felt crippled, now that my child was now out there, in Jane’s face.

This was a piece of information I felt she was willing and able to use against me and even though my father did not intentionally reveal it to her, I was still mad at him for putting it out there.

The only thing I ever asked of him, he had failed to do and I was both mad and panicking.

My father walked out of my room, after Jane walked in, but that did not resolve the problem.

Since my father did not, I also did not bother offering any explanation to Jane.

Whether or not I was heavy with Brian’s child was supposed to be the least of her worries.

Jane got quite pissed with the silence, and stormed out of my room, following behind my father, not long after.

I fell into bed and buried my face in a pillow.

I began thinking long and hard on other ways to get around this disaster, and while I was at it, my phone came buzzing with Brian’s call.
