Chapter 9

Writer’s pov

It’s been more than one week now and Andra is yet to find her bracelet. The situation has been giving her sleepless nights and has stopped her from associating with people so she doesn't lose control.

Ryder has been her safe space and the only one she communicates with very well.

“Andra, report to my office now.” Edna yelled angrily. Andra was trying not to get pissed because that would only cause her problems. She swallowed her anger and stood up from seat.

“What is this nonsense!” Edna yelled angrily. Since the day Andra was hired Edna has hated her because she thinks Andra is snaky and always try to get things the easier way.

“This is the exact thing you told me to do.” Andra tried to explain.

“You know what I despise about you? It's how you always go about everything the easiest way.” Andra rolled her eyes angrily when she heard the same line for the hundredth time. Edna keeps repeating the same thing.

“It is an easy task already, how else do I solve it?” Andra asked
