Writer’s pov

Alpha Daniel returned home looking wasted. It was already midnight and everyone was asleep apart from Hope, she was waiting for her husband to return home, she was disappointed to see him looking so wasted when he got back, she wanted to yell at him so bad but she kept stopping herself.

“Get your filthy hands off me, you swine.” Hope shifted one side the moment she heard what he said, she was only trying to help but he seemed upset with her trying to help so she stayed on her own without making any effort to help.

“I need to help you go to the room.” Hope said to him trying to convince him to let her help him, Alpha Daniel looked serious about not getting help from Hope. Hope felt helpless at this point as tears welled down her eyes. She realized there might be a war now and it’ll take a lot for him to see her as his wife.
