Deandra pov

The misunderstanding was done and I headed back to my office, seeing how upset the manager was I knew it’ll be bad for Edna. She followed him behind and everyone watched her.

I sighed and sat on the chair. “Do you think she will be fired?” I could hear the other staff whisper to each other. I know Edna has been a pest but I didn’t want to see her get fired like that.

After a while it was closing time, I arranged my bag and looked around. Aliya was nowhere to be found, so I picked my bag immediately to leave. This time I really need to avoid her.
