Deandra pov

“Andra you look really different today.” Aliya said to me with a smile on her face the moment she got to the office. Though I have been trying to avoid her, I knew I cannot avoid her for long.

I smiled back without saying anything to her. “Must she talk?” I asked myself and removed the shades, I needed to check if my eyes were okay already.

After checking I realized they were better so I decided not to wear the shades again. “It’s going to be a long day.” I muttered and sighed after looking around.

I have an important meeting early today, and I have nothing prepared. This seemed like a trap from Edna because she told me about the meeting very late.

“You look worried, are you okay?” I was surprised to hear the question coming from Aliya because I cannot remember telling her that I was worried about anything.
