Alpha Daniel pov

Today is the big day and we were all excited about the new partnership with each other. Mr Jadhav and his secretary looked happy and relaxed about the deal. I knew everything has been going smoothly but I was still nervous.

“Why do I keep having this feeling?” I asked myself and sat back on the bed. Just when I was having a hard time with so many mixed feelings, Hope walked into the room. “I was waiting for you downstairs.” She said to me the moment she walked into the room.

Hope noticed I wasn't looking good so she walked closer to me and sat on the bed.

“You look worried.” She said to me the moment she sat on the bed. I didn't know if it was okay to confide in Hope because I was only pretending to be on good terms with her. But she was the only one I could talk to right now and going back to how we used to be I decided to confide in her one last time.
