Deandra pov

I stopped myself from asking her the question I wanted to ask her because it might just he wrong timing.

“What do you mean? I have nothing to tell you. I came here because I was bored.” she replied to me and laid on the couch. I never planned on having a guest in my house today so there was nothing available that I could share or else we chose to go out for a walk.

“You live alone?” I asked her. Aliya nodded her head immediately. I couldn't tell if she was telling the truth. I just kept quiet and acted like I believed her, if she's lying I will find out the truth soon.

“Yes, I used to have a brother but he left and never returned.” It was the first time I saw her look serious while talking because she's always playing with her words, so I guessed she might be telling the truth this time.

“What happened? Can you tell me about your childhood.” I was ready to hear her story and get to know why she's in the human world and not saying anything about her identity to me.
