Chapter Thirty Two

"So, you are yet to find her?" I looked up at Raul who was standing in front of me, a kind of remorseful look on his face.

Sighing, I bit my lip - hard. "You know she is pregnant, right?"

"I'm sorry."

"You are sorry? What are you doing, gamma. Are we this weak? We can't even find just one girl. Just one."

"I'm sorry." He bowed, remorse laced in his voice, but I don't care. All I want is my Avery back. Knowing that she is out there alone, and probably without shelter makes my heart ache so much.

I just can't seem to find her no matter how I try. I had even gone out to search for her myself but there was nothing. Even her friend here, who we eventually found out said she had no idea where she went too even though she helped her. It's like she disappeared into thin air.

I was about sending Raul off when the door burst open and Mavis rushed in. "Alpha!" He showed me his phone and my eyes widened when I saw Avery's picture there.

"What's this?" I asked, my eyes not leaving the pictu
