Chapter Thirty Seven

Alpha Drew left sometime after I had breakfast and I made my way to the bathroom, bathing for almost thirty minutes, and throughout, I couldn't take my mind off the image. I am sure that the image is a part of my lost memories, and I really want to know what it's about. I will ask Alpha Jared about it when I see him.

I finished bathing, exited the bathroom and was about to walk past the mirror on my way to the closet when something caught my eye - my neck. I moved closer to the mirror, taking a close look at my neck to meet it bare. There was no sort of mark showing that I'm Alpha Jared's own. If we had sex, why didn't he mark me yet. A knock on the door, brought me out of my thoughts.

"Who is that?" I asked.

"It's me, Jared." A crisp voice replied me and my heart skipped a beat. Though I wanted to see him, I didn't expect him to show up now. I just –

"Are you there?" His voice came up. Clearing my throat, I told him to wait for a bit and rushed to the closet. I picked a simple stra
