A night of celebration turned into a painful nightmare. Hannah was rejected by his mate by only his cold gaze and disappointment in his eyes. That same night, she met RJ, a chubby tall guy who was also rejected by his mate. The woman who was with her mate was the same woman who rejected RJ. She thought that there could be a chance between them since they were both rejected but again, the guy was only being nice and she knew that she would die without being loved by another half. Hannah received a call from Reid’s mother telling him to answer his phone and so, she told him about it. He answered his phone and he heard about dinner with his family. She then thought of just ordering pizza for tonight since Reid would have to be at their family dinner. She planned for overtime but Reid called her. “Love, let’s go.” “Oh, I have to finish a few things. You can go. Hannah was in the king bed. She was cold. She wanted to be with him all night. But instead of sleeping, she took her laptop and started working with her novel. She works for four hours straight without taking any break. She put it down and lay down as she stared at their photo together. He probably didn't sleep much yesterday, just like Graham. She approached Reid who was about to hug her in front of everyone but she moved away quickly. He frowned and she understood why. After the meeting, the family lawyer arrived and there were three of them. Reid took care of what happened at the cafe and they won’t file a lawsuit in the hotel as they wanted to help with the case and gave them free accommodation for a year. It was the second time.
