Chapter 11

"I see where your homewrecker tendencies come from—it’s in your blood." I sneered, my gaze landing on the woman next to William, fanning the flames.

When William’s hand came flying toward me, I didn’t flinch. I took the slap head-on. Wiping the blood from the corner of my mouth, I steadied myself and, with all my strength, returned the slap just as hard.

Denise gasped in shock, her lips trembling as she instinctively tried to back away.

I wasn’t about to let her off that easily.

Grabbing a fistful of her hair, I slapped her across the face, my movements swift as lightning.

"What are you staring at? Want some too? Sure, I’ve got plenty to go around."

Both father and daughter stood there, stunned, their wide eyes locked on each other, unsure how to react.

After I was done with them, I turned my attention to the woman.

Only then did she realize the danger, covering her face in fear as she tried to back away.

"You’ve lost your mind! Mrs. Zoe, bring the belt!" William snapped out of his
