MELISSA’S POV

“Oh no! I didn't make it?” I said as I found myself back in the ghost house.

The little bottle had probably dissipated, since I wasn't able to get the child's tears. How certain am I that I can pass the others? Does it mean I'll be here until I grow old? Until forever? Oh, no! What did I get myself into?

“Alright. I'll have that, thank you.” The first ghost said as it stretched its hands to my neck and dragged a necklace on my neck as it cut.

“Ouch!” The necklace gave me a sting as it was dragged.

To my surprise, the bottle was the necklace pendant. It had appeared on my neck in the form of a necklace, and it's pendant. I was overjoyed that I was able to get the teardrop for the ghost. But as the first demon sat down, he changed into an ugly creature.

It had an oblong head with little tiny tentacles all around its face and head, leaving space for only the ugly eyes, which looked rotten. The body was like that of a big octopus with long tentacles. I screamed in horror
