Rose's POV

As Adriel's words hung in the air, a mixture of shock and elation flooded my senses. My heart raced, and my mind whirled with a whirlwind of emotions. I looked into his eyes, searching for any hint of doubt, but all I found was unwavering sincerity.

Tears welled up in my eyes as I remembered all I had to do before leaving the mountains. It's high time I admitted my feelings. I knelt to his level, cupping his face in my hands. "Yes, Adriel," I whispered, my voice barely audible above the cheering crowd. "A thousand times yes."

A surge of joy rippled through the pack members, their cheers and applause resonating like a harmonious melody. The sun cast a warm golden glow over the scene, highlighting the smiles and tears of those around us.

Eve practically tackled me with a subconscious hug, "I knew it, Rose! I knew he'd ask you! Oh, I'm so happy for you!" she exclaimed, very excited.
