Nowhere to Hide

Ember's POV.

I came to a halt when I walked into the living room and saw my arch nemesis perched on the sofa. It was very disturbing that she was present but something was different this time. She looked comfortable. She had her wicked plans up her sleeves and I knew that I was already doomed.

"Welcome home, Luna Ember. I didn't know that it would take this long to see you." She spoke and I knew that there was a problem

I hummed and watched her stare at her ex boyfriend, Trent. They shared a look which told me all that I needed to know. The problem was what she managed to tell Trent this time.

Trent walked behind me slowly and I turned only to be shocked by the sheer hatred shining in his eyes.

"Is everything okay?" I asked him, while trying to put a gap between us.

your heroine is so full of lies...all your characters deserve what they get ...again very dumb story ...I won't be reading anymore of these dumb stories with Bill morals and stupid story lines
