Imprisoned

Ember's POV

Watching Ellie's smirk should have told me a lot. I was looking for a way to make sure that there wasn't a real problem. "I don't understand what it means." I cried but jumped when I heard a shout that made my breath jump out of my skin.

"You dare want to lie to me? You're quite bold! Well, I'm sure that you would sorely regret what you have done to me." Trent replied.

Trent was beyond angry and I decided to find a way to appease him. How muscles flexed and I was also a bit scared by what happened. "Seize her and take her to her dungeon!" Trent commanded and I sighed softly. I had managed to bite more than I could chew. This was finally backfiring at me and I couldn't help but just stomach it like that.

He stared at me as I refused to say a word. "you're not even going to beg me, right?" He demanded and I looked up. He was furious which was right to do but it would be senseless of me to try to make him see what I was going through.
