“Poison? As in poison?” My voice was barely above a whisper as I clasped my hands over my chest.

Aiden squinted his eyes and the way he shook his head felt like he was having a hard time understanding what the doctor had just reiterated. “Who would even dare to poison, Ethan? It doesn’t make any sense”

I squeezed my eyes shut, before rushing towards Ethan’s mum who was on the verge of collapsing.
