Alpha Kane’s POV

Throughout the meeting Alexis was so uncomfortable, she knew bringing her to the council meeting was the first step to making her my Luna. After the Elders acceptance, she undergoes Luna’s training and then the Luna’s ceremony will be done where we will both make each other.

The Elders accepted her with no objection, second thought or someone raising any doubts. I was expecting Elder Owen to speak but he was mute throughout the meeting and deep down he must be boiling in anger. I wasn't too concerned about it, I knew how to put him in his place.

After Alexis left the council room, I remained seated, listening to the Elders as they spoke between themselves, their voices was filled with the satisfaction of seeing their Alpha finally bring forth a Luna. They have been asking me for years now, urging me to make a decision, to choose a mate for the Night Wolf Pack. Today, they finally got what they wanted.

Most of them seemed pleased, especially Elder Marcus, the oldest
