From where he was sited at Bee's chock lit, Jonathan was fuming. He was getting more certain that there was more in the relationship between his sister and friend.
‘Am going to confront him about it right now, ‘he said under his breath as he prepared to stand up.
‘To tell him what exactly? That you don’t want him next to that lady?’ Monica asked.
'Well, that lady is my sister,' Jonathan said, and Monica couldn't help but laugh.
'She might be your sister, but she isn't underage. She knows what she is doing. You and Nathan can compare balls later on but not in such a public place. Come on, let's, 'Monica said, and they left the hotel.
Jonathan got home in a bitter mood. He was still annoyed at his friend, and even though he knew Monica was right, it didn't help him in controlling his feelings.
He got a text from Monica thanking him for what she referred to as a date and surprised Jonathan. They started chatting.
