Chapter 85

Willow’s POV

The rest of the ride to Crescent Moon was, to say the least, an interesting one. Damon was forced to the front seat by Alpha Shawn, who sat in the back seat between Izzy and I as Alpha Chance continued to drive. I could tell that Alpha Chance wanted Alpha Shawn to drive while he sat in the back with me, but he also knew that after Alpha Shawn had kicked Damon from the back seat that it wasn’t a good idea for the two of them to be in the front seat together.

Izzy had her work cut out for her in convincing her brother to accept her mate. I honestly think Alpha Shawn would have reacted this way whether it would have been Damon or someone else. It was crazy how protective he was of her but I honestly didn’t know what may have happened to cause this.

Finally, we made it to Crescent Moon and the ride felt like it had taken forever even though it was only an hour or so from the diner. As we all made our way out of the SUV, I made sure to keep ahold of Alpha Shawn’s hand so
