Willow’s POV The sounds of howls awakened me and I realized I was alone in bed and night had fallen upon us. Alpha Chance hadn’t touched me in days since Alpha Shawn had gone missing and I was starting to believe that he was having second thoughts about me being his Luna now that I had taken Alpha Shawn as a mate too. Chance’s POV This morning when we left the packhouse, I made sure to show Willow some extra affection. For one I didn’t know how long we were going to be gone and two we may be going to come back into contact with the Moon Witch and after seeing how easy it was for her to take Alpha Hunter and Alpha Shawn, I was a little fearful that she might overpower me and that I might not come home from this.
