Willow’s POV The sounds of howls awakened me and I realized I was alone in bed and night had fallen upon us. Willow’s POV Days have passed as I am told that I am on bed rest because I over did it using my magic to save Alpha Hunter. Willow’s POV I was beginning to think that I had done something wrong. Alpha Chance hadn’t touched me in days since Alpha Shawn had gone missing and I was starting to believe that he was having second thoughts about me being his Luna now that I had taken Alpha Shawn as a mate too. Even after the doctor had cleared me at Crescent Moon, he had not touched me that night after dinner. Chance’s POV This morning when we left the packhouse, I made sure to show Willow some extra affection. For one I didn’t know how long we were going to be gone and two we may be going to come back into contact with the Moon Witch and after seeing how easy it was for her to take Alpha Hunter and Alpha Shawn, I was a little fearful that she might overpower me and that I might not come home from this. Willow had given me a few surges of her power last night and this morning when we made love. I honestly didn’t want to leave her in bed alone this morning but I knew I had to find Shawn. Willow’s POV Izzy and I gave the men an hour head start before we left for the cabin. We wanted to make sure that they all headed to the mines and were all gone from the cabin when we arrived.
