“Explain. Now.” I said, emphasizing every word with seriousness.

“When Sam and her family would take trips to Russia, Sam would go with them to the events they attended there; instead of staying in their vacation home in Russia. Since Igor and his family went to the same events, they ran into each other and became good friends. This is back when we were all kids.
