Wanting more

AURORA’S POV.

I walked up to the bar for a drink, anything to take my mind off this place. I didn’t want to come initially, but I changed my mind at the last minute. Now that I was here, I was starting to wish I was not.

I almost saw myself land a heavy blow on Mr Kim’s face when he sent me that very irritating look, that expression that felt like he was thinking about seventy-seven things he wanted to do to it.

He was, however, lucky that he was a boss and this was a company gathering. If not, I might have taken some letters off his name with his teeth.

I exhaled deeply and tapped softly on the table with my right finger to make a not-too-loud sound.

“What can I get you?” The bartender walked up to me and asked. He looked cute and young and super sexy. He looked like he had just finished high school. I knew I looked older. He had on their uniform, a White shirt and Black pants. Only this time, his top two buttons were missing.
