JAYDEN'S POV

Lorraine was ours.

We didn't need to feel insecure.

We definitely didn't need to confront him but we needed him to back off.

He was nothing but a regular wolf. Not even an Alpha. He was no match for us. So putting up a fight on his part would be useless.

And that too against both of us. He was as good as dead if he attempted it.

We cornered him on his way down from the roof. He didn't seem intimidated by our presence.

“I assume you want something since you're blocking my path,” he chuckled.

“Why could we possibly want from you?” I scoffed. He raised an amused brow.

“Alright, get out of my way then,” he made to pass between us but I shoved him back. He staggered back a little then straightened. His eyes darkened.

“We are not done talking,” I stated. I saw his jaw tighten and it amused me to no end. Does he want a fight?

“Lorraine,” I started. “She is off limits. We don't want to see you hanging around her.”

“Oh, this is about a girl,” his annoyance melted into pure
