LORRAINE'S POV

They couldn't do this to me.

If they sent me away, I had nowhere else to go.

I have lived here all my life and despite the ill treatment, they are the only family I know. If they turned their back on me, how would I survive the harsh realities of life as a rogue?

“Guards!” She didn't even give me nor Chloe the chance to plead. “Throw her in the underground cell. She will not be given food or water until the Alpha decides her fate,” she instructed.
