Kit’s POV Hours ticked by as I watched the clock, nervous if or when Dom would come back. In my heart I knew that he would do everything in his power to be with me, but I honestly didn’t know if it would be enough to stand up to his ruthless father. My worries must have gotten the best of me, because for most of the day I have spent in the bathroom, not able to keep anything down. The thought of having food poisoning from the restaurant had passed, as it now became more of a nausea to just the smell of food.
