5. Daily Life

The last hour of class was staining, a heavy drowsiness attacked Bella. Don't blame her for this one, Bella has tried to survive. While the other children had given up and fallen asleep. She understands that their sains teacher teaches them that it is difficult to understand and there is no interaction, monotonous.

When he explained he was engrossed in his world, he kept staring at the whiteboard. His hands wrote formulas that came from nowhere and wouldn't stop until the school bell rang. The noisy children in the class were not resolved because all he had in mind were formulas and formulas, fulfilling his obligations to teach according to his assignments, and delivering nothing more than that.

A piece of paper landed on Bella's desk. Without wasting time looking for the perpetrator who threw the paper, she immediately opened the paper and read its contents. They usually play this game to communicate during class hours.

The piece of paper reads:

Today is Santy's birthday, after school, we catch her at the gate.

Bella refolded the paper and circulated it according to the relay route. Not long after, the bell to signal the end of class rang. The teacher finished the formula and then cleaned up the things.

From the beginning to the end of the lesson only three words came out of his mouth. "Don't forget to take notes".

Bella and her friends split up waiting for Santy at the gate, pretending to be going home. Some of the other children bought eggs and flour at the stall. Two people are in charge of keeping Santy at school until the preparations are complete.

The preparations are okay, just waiting for the two people to bring Santy to a predetermined location. Two of her friends who brought Santy on the left and right did not let go of their tight grip so that the main character could not run away.

“I already feel bad today! I felt something was off.” Santy said when she was led out of the room.

As soon as the main character resigned that she couldn't do anything else, the egg attack flew  Santy. She tried to dodge but none of her friends would listen or give her a chance.

“Ugh... Wait!! Listen to me, wait a minute..” Santy tried to run away but she was surrounded.

Then Bella and her friends again launched a second attack with flour. Now Santy is not only sticky and smells like eggs, but also covered in flour like cake.

Santy stopped fighting. "I give up..." she said looking tired. Pale face and short of breath.

Better give up. From the start, Santy would not win, clearly outnumbered by her friends. They thought so and caught their guard by fun laughing at Santy's situation, but it turned out that the main character then recklessly attacked back. The friend who was being chased by Santy has torn apart because they didn't want to be covered in eggs and flour, just like her.

“You have to feel it too!!” Santy runs blindly. Laughter was heard, emanating from every face there, enjoying the moment of fun together.

Even though Santy was annoyed at first, she forgave the behavior of her friends. Santy understands they are doing this because they care and want to celebrate her birthday.

The birthday celebration is over, Santy cleans herself impeccably in the toilet because there is no way she will return home with such a messed-up appearance. The children must leave the school immediately because at exactly 05.00 pm the school gate will be locked automatically.

After this, they plan to continue Santy's birthday celebration elsewhere. Santy invites her friends to a birthday party tomorrow at home because this is the sweet seventeen, a special party is made.

Bella didn't know if she could come or not, but Bella would try to come. Regarding birthday gifts, anything doesn't matter because the most important thing is the sincerity of the giver, right? Bella believes Santy also thinks so.

"But what gift should I give? I have to ask Alec if he can accompany me to the party or not.” thought Bella that afternoon after school.

Bella must ask Alec as soon as possible because it is possible that Alec already has other plans. Lately, Alec has been attending a lot of meetings with people from Football. Maybe it still has something to do with the sponsors or people from the football association. Bella didn't know about all that stuff.

At home, before doing chores and all routines. Bella sends a message to Alec, inviting him to attend Santy's birthday party. She wanted to call right away but Bella was afraid the timing wasn't right, she didn't want to disturb Alec.

Minutes passed. Bella stopped expecting Alec to reply to her messages and intended to focus on doing her homework. Before she could move from her seat, Bella's smartphone received an incoming call from Alec.

"Hi.." Bella said picking up the phone.

"I have time tomorrow, why?" Alec said on the other end of the phone in a voice that sounded a little different from the phone, but Bella knew it was Alec's voice.

She didn't answer Alec's question, remaining silent.

"Hello?" Alec made sure the phone was still connected.

“Anyway, is there nothing you forgot?” Bella sulked.

"Sorry, I didn't get to reply to your message earlier. As soon as I finished my assignment, I wanted to call you right away. Ah, have you done your homework?” Alec reminded.

"I'll do it."

"Then, why do you ask for a time tomorrow?" Alec returned to the topic of their conversation.

"Ah, tomorrow Santy has a party at her house. You want to accompany me right?" Bella immediately invited Alec because the sooner the better.

"Okay. What time is the event?”

"7:00 pm. So you can accompany me?”

"Yeah, of course!"

"Very good!" Bella cheered in her heart.

"Then see you tomorrow at school," Bella said cheerfully.

"Good work on the assignment," said Alec.

"Yup... See you tomorrow at school." Bella ended the call.

It was certain that Bella and Alec would go together. Bella's mind was immediately busy preparing for the party later.

"What should I wear? For a party, wearing a dress is more appropriate. Ah! Almost forgot the present."

"Hopefully tomorrow goes well." Bella couldn't wait.

She prepared everything in as much detail as possible because this was the first time Bella would go to a party with Alec as a couple. Even though they had been dating for more than a year, it felt like a year was too short. Coupled with Alec's busy schedule, she is currently very happy. It felt like it was Bella's birthday and Alec was celebrating for her.

It was late at night, and Bella was fast asleep. Her feelings were so light, that made her woke up late the next day.
