"Can you drive any faster?!" I yelled, glaring at Jin who had a calm expression on his face as he drove us in his car to the moon knows where.

Seriously, how could he be so calm while Nimue's life was potentially in danger as we speak? Who knows what those witches were doing to her?

Anyway, Jin gave me a demeaning side eye, completely ignoring me. I was about to yell at him yet again, but he beat me to it.

"Can you relax?" He asked with a sigh. "Nimue will be fine. It's not even been up to an hour, I doubt those witches would've done anything to harm her by now. Besides, would you prefer we have a road accident while trying to find her?"

I groaned in frustration, placing my focus back on the road and ignoring his obviously sarcastic question.

Jin clicked his tongue, increasing his speed by just a little. "Didn't think so." He muttered, pausing for a while before adding. "By the way, have you tried calling her number again to see if her kidnappers will pick up?"
