CHAPTER 18Kendall woke up and found herself alone in the bed. Where was Blake? CHAPTER 23ONE YEAR LATER Kendall was busy preparing for her meeting, she was sure that she would be seeing Blake, hopefully he would send Ryan in his place, she was nowhere near ready to see Blake. She cried months for him, she was so distraught by his lack of trust, always his face that last time she saw him would haunt her. He looked completely defeated, like a child who just lost their mother. Kendall's heart ached every time she remembered that look.
