After exchanging a glance with Luke Huxley, Dexie reluctantly got into the car. With Warry already in the front seat, Dexie had no choice but to sit in the back with Luke Huxley.

 As soon as the car door closed, the driver placed an insulation panel between the front and rear seats for privacy.

 Dexie rolled her eyes at the unnecessary gesture, as they didn't need privacy since they would not do anything inappropriate. Luke Huxley noticed her reaction and his lips twitched involuntarily as he looked at her profile. Why are you staring at the insulation panel? Are you imagining something indecent?

 Luke Huxley stifled laughter as he spoke. When Dexie heard his voice, she snapped out of her reverie.
