65: Almost a War

I still couldn't believe it.

I was already in Carter's room, sitting on his bed, about thirty minutes had already passed after the heated moment between Carter's family and Jaxon's pack, but still I could hardly believe that Jaxon is no ordinary human. He is not like Carter, but he is definitely a supernatural being considering that he can shift into a huge werewolf with supernatural abilities.

Right after Franklin promised to oppress the hunter before sunset and to send me home as soon as possible, Jaxon somehow relaxed. I think Franklin's charm really works to anyone. You know, when you look at him, he would seem like a very kind person to you, someone who has a pure heart and is very gentle to others. Maybe that was part of the reason why Jaxon had calmed, because if Crislord was the one talking, I doubt if the werewolves would leave peacefully. They would more likely end up fighting each other without a valid reason.
