Chapter 4

"I'll pick you up tomorrow, okay?"

"Sorry sir, you better not get close to me. I won't feel comfortable if students see me," said Naya when she arrived in front of her house.

"Why should you care?"

"Sorry sir, I have to go in now," said Naya and immediately went into her house before Mr. Arka stopped her.

The next day, in the first period of class, bad luck apparently approached Naya. The girl continued to move restlessly, making Juna who was sitting behind her confused.

"What's wrong with you, Nay?" Juna asked.

"Juna, I left my assignment book at home," whispered Naya with a panicked face. Oh come on, this morning he has to collect assignments from Mr. Arka. You know what happens if you don't complete your assignment, right?

"Good Morning Kids."

Naya's heart seemed to stop at that moment after seeing Mr. Arka's arrival.

"Collect the assignment I gave you yesterday," ordered Mr. Arka in a cold and firm tone, making Naya's heartbeat even more irregular.

"How can this be, I could end up in the hands of that crazy teacher." 

Naya turned when she heard Juna calling her, pushing her chair gently. "Here," said the man, handing him his assignment book.

"What is this?" The girl was surprised when she opened the assignment book that Juna gave her. On the front page there is his name. Coincidentally, Juna replaced her assignment book with a new one because the previous one was full, she hadn't had time to name her assignment book. Because he couldn't bear to see Naya punished later if he didn't complete his assignments, Juna finally wrote Naya's name in his assignment book.

"J-Juna this..."

"What's wrong Nayena Lim, Juna Prawira? What are you talking about?" asked Mr. Arka.

"Where's your assignment book, Nay," he continued asking for Naya's assignment book.

After everything had been collected, Mr. Arka started counting the collected assignment books "Less 1? Is there anyone who hasn't submitted their assignments?"

Naya wanted to raise her hand but Juna said, "I am sir." 

"You? Wow, the class president and student council president don't do their assignments?"

"Sorry sir, I forgot."

"Forgot? You know what your role is in this class and school, right? And you also know what you will get for not turning in your assignments, right?"

"Yes sir, I understand. I'm sorry."

"Get out of class! Run around the main field 50x!" 

Naya and the other students were shocked to hear the punishment given to Juna. 

"Sir, that's too much," said Naya, making Mr. Arka immediately look at her sharply.

"Why Nay? Do you want me to increase the punishment?"

"Juna, come out now and carry out your sentence or I will increase your punishment!"

"Yes sir," replied Juna, immediately getting up from her chair, leaving the classroom to the main field to carry out the punishment.

"Everyone open the book to page 42."

During class, Naya couldn't focus at all. He often glanced out the window to see Juna running around the field in the very hot weather.

BROKE!!

Suddenly a blackboard eraser was thrown at Naya, almost hitting her in the face "Do you want to leave class or take my lesson, Nayena Lim!"

"S-sorry sir."

"Go forward, do question number 15."

"What?"

"Are you deaf?"

"O-okay sir."

While Naya was working on questions on the blackboard, Mr. Arka glanced at Juna who looked tired. "That's the consequence if you dare to get close to and touch my woman," thought Mr. Arka.

After break time sounded, Naya immediately ran to the field to see Juna's condition. At the same time, Juna had just finished his sentence. Now he is sitting on one of the benches at the edge of the field. Don't forget the sweat that soaked his face and uniform, he even looked like he was having trouble catching his breath.

"Here, drink first." 

Juna turned his head and saw Naya who had been sitting next to him for some time, handing him a bottle of cold water. Because he felt very tired, the man immediately accepted the drink, gulping it down until there was nothing left.

"Juna looks very handsome, gosh Nay, what are you thinking? Oh, don't worry, I'm starting to get infected with perversion from that crazy teacher, no no," thought Naya, shaking her head.

"Thanks Nayh," said Juna, who was still having difficulty controlling her breath.

"Yes. Hmm Juna, sorry, because of me you were punished. You shouldn't have helped me earlier, let me be the one punished. Sorry."

Juna was silent for a moment until her breathing completely returned to normal. "It's okay. I can't possibly let my friend be punished, especially if you're a woman. Let's just say I'm doing sports, hehe, I haven't exercised for a long time," replied Juna, who immediately received a punch from Naya right on his shoulder, making the man wince.

"Eh, it hurts, doesn't it? Oh, sorry, Jun."

"No, Nay, I was just joking."

"Oh, that's all. Just drink again."

"It's finished Nay."

"Oh yeah hehe, do you want me to buy it again?"

"No, thanks."

"You still dare to be close to him, Nay? OK, I'll make Juna suffer even more until you stop being close to him," muttered Mr. Arka, not liking seeing Juna and Naya laughing together.

Naya had just collected the books in the teacher's room. Luckily Mr. Arka's room was separate from the other teachers' rooms so she could collect all the books without being afraid at all.

"Naya!"

After only a few minutes to breathe a sigh of relief, Naya's heart was made to work extra hard after hearing someone's voice which she thought was more scary than the voice of a ghost. As if she didn't hear anything, Naya chose to continue her steps faster.

"Naya!"

Naya didn't care, she continued walking quickly. 

"Nayena Lim stop!!"

Naya's heart beat faster as she heard footsteps getting closer.

"Oh, principal."

Mr. Arka stopped in his tracks when he heard Naya call the school principal, who in fact was his grandfather.

"Sorry, principal."

"Oh yeah, what's wrong?"

"Hmm, I'm Naya. One of the students here."

"Yes, I know, you are wearing my school uniform. What's wrong Nay?"

Naya seemed confused about what to answer, her goal was to call the principal who accidentally passed by just to avoid Mr. Arka.

"Naya, what's wrong? I'm in a hurry to leave."

"Hmm, do you want to go forward? Come on, I'll take you. Come on, sir, I just want to make sure you get to the front safely."

"Thank you Naya, I'll go first. You go back to your class," said the principal after arriving at the school lobby.

"Okay sir, be careful on the road."

"Huff, luckily I was able to avoid that crazy teacher. I have to get back to class before he finds me again," muttered Naya after the principal left in his car.

When he was about to turn around, he suddenly bumped into the chest of someone who looked taller than him. "Where else are you going to run away, Naya? Who are you calling a crazy teacher?"

"Mr. Arka?"
