Chapter 105

"I'll do it."

Arka, who was having dinner with Naya, suddenly heard his doorbell ring. Arka quickly got up, walked to the door to see who was coming to his house.

Just as the man opened the door, a hard slap landed perfectly on his cheek. The slap was loud enough to be heard in the dining room, causing Naya to run outside.

"Dad?"

Arka looked so surprised when he saw his  father's arrival. There was no news that his father suddenly came to his house and immediately landed a hard slap.

Judging by the look in his eyes, Arka's father looked very angry. Even the middle-aged man's jaw was hardened.

Not much different from Arka, Naya was also surprised to see her father-in-law suddenly come to her house at night like this. She was even more surprised to find out that the middle-aged man had just landed a hard slap on Arka's cheek.

Behind Arka's father stood his wife, who was none other than Arka's mother. The middle-aged woman was crying silently. No need to ask, Arka was sure that the arrival of his parents to his house must have something to do with the problem that was currently happening.

"Shame on you! You've gone too far Arka!" Arka's father shouted angrily.

"Dad, mom. Come in first."

Not wanting anyone to hear the argument that might be going on between Arka and her parents, Naya quickly invited her parents-in-law into the house.

The four of them were now in the living room with Naya sitting next to her mother-in-law to calm her down.

Arka's father had not stopped scolding his son. The middle-aged man was angry and disappointed at what his son had done.

Earlier, while in the office, one of Arka's father's clients suddenly asked about the case that dragged his son. Previously, Arka's father did not know about the case at all because Arka and Naya did not tell them. But when he found out from one of his clients, the middle-aged man was immediately angry and came to Arka at his house. Even Arka's mother couldn't stop crying when she heard the news.

Punches, slaps, cursing all came out of Arka's father. The middle-aged man really seemed to have lost control. Had it not been for his wife, Arka would have died at the hands of his own father.

From the attitude of Arka's father, it can be guessed why Arka is also stubborn and easily emotional, it turns out that it's all because his father is also like this.

When his father repeatedly abused him, Arka could only remain silent. The man knew that if he dared to argue then his father would be even angrier, so all he could do now was silently accept all the swearing.

"Hiks, what's wrong with mom, Arka? Did I not educate and raise you well enough to make you this cruel? What did I do to you," said Arka's mother who couldn't stop crying.

Seeing his mother cry even more, Naya could only rub her back. She didn't even dare to speak up, afraid that her words would end up adding to the problem.

"How many victims have you had? How many people have reported you? How disgusting!"

Arka's father continued to swear, the middle-aged man no longer able to control himself.

It was only natural for Arka's father to be that angry. Just imagine that he had gone to the trouble of raising his son, brought up and educated to be a good and honorable child. Their family can also be said to be a respected and honorable family. Then suddenly Arka was caught in a harassment case. Not just 1 victim but many victims. This made his father very disappointed and angry.

Until during the debate, Arka's mother suddenly fainted because she was too shocked. Seeing this, Arka and his father immediately took her to the hospital.

Once at the hospital, Arka's mother was immediately rushed to the emergency room. Because he was worried, Arka intended to come but when he was in front of the hospital, his father immediately prevented him.

"Where are you going?"

"Dad."

"Don't call me dad, from now on I'm not your dad!!! I don't want to have a son like you!" Right after saying this Arka's father immediately walked away, leaving Arka who could only stand still while crying.

"I'm sorry dad, I'm sorry mom. I'm sorry for disappointing you."

Even though his father did not allow him to be in the hospital at all, Arka was still determined to wait for his mother to wake up. He wanted to see her wake up and apologize for disappointing her.

In his entire life this was the first time Arka had seen his mother so disappointed in him. Arka was truly sorry for this incident.

"Arka, eat first."

Naya came in carrying a packet of bread. She had deliberately bought her husband bread because he hadn't eaten since this morning.

At first Naya had persuaded Arka to go home, at least go home for a while to rest or just eat, but Arka refused and still wanted to wait for her mother.

"Your mom would be worried if she knew you were like this."

"I've disappointed her, I'm sorry."

"Mom will understand, she just hasn't heard the story from you. Later I will help you explain everything to mom after she wakes up."

Arka could only cry in his wife's arms. Really the man really regretted making his mother disappointed. Even though it wasn't his fault, he was still sorry and had disappointed his parents.

Not far from where Arka and Naya were, Arka's father seemed to be holding back from getting angry. The middle-aged man was very disappointed. He didn't want to hurt his son like that, but he was already disappointed.

"I'm sorry, Arka. I couldn't educate you properly. I failed to be a good father."
