Seth’s POV

At first, I thought Camilla might have left to join another pack, but I knew it wasn’t that easy—without a proper transfer letter from Alpha Zane, no pack would accept her. They would think she must have committed an offense and was on the run.

So, my second guess was that she would try to leave. Leave the borders that separated our part of the world from the humans. After two days of driving, here I was, checking through the list of people who had crossed the border.

“Are you sure a female from Green Hill Pack hasn’t left?” I asked the man in charge. “She has straight brown hair up to her shoulders, light brown eyes, and she’s…” Beautiful, I almost said, then cleared my throat.

“Positive. We haven’t had a female from Green Hill Pack leave, and it wouldn’t be possible without the proper documentation and permission from said Alpha.”
