I was in the same spot, squeezing myself not to get caught.

While Karan kept talking on the phone.

His conversation wasn't that interesting to listen to, just then he spoke about Pinky and the property papers.

Karan swore that after he gets a hold of the property papers from Pinky, he was going to kill her and leave no stone unturned to fully gain his revenge on everyone in the family. Starting with Mrs. Anuradha.

I shouldn't be surprised.

Mrs Anuradha is the one person who has been a pain in everyone's butt, including mine.

The call disconnects and he leaves.

I waited for a while before following, I came out of the mansion, without getting caught and took a cab back to the hospital.

At Avanti ward, I was about getting in, when I saw Ayan trying to kiss her.

Avanti on the hand, smiled.

Is there something I should know?

Somehow she looked at the door and found me staring at them.

"Javelin! You're here?".

She roughly pushed Ayan back.

I walked inside staring at the door, should I perhaps ask them what was happening? Or I should at least find the perfect time too.

"Did you get the papers?".

Ayan broke my thoughts in two.

I handed the documents to him, and he took his leave and promised to get it forged by tomorrow morning.

Avanti smiled and watched him walk away.

She turns back meeting one of my eyebrows and standing up.

"Hey! Don't give me that look okay?"

She faced the other side and pretended to sleep.

Is Avanti trying to hide something from me, does she like Ayan and does Ayan feel the same way?

My friend, might not be willing to tell the truth,  I'll have to find out myself, right after, we get rid of Karan and Ayan..

"Hey! I'll be leaving to get some tea, you want?"

I said to Avanti

"Yes please,".

She said in a low voice as I left grabbing my phone from my back pocket.

The next morning. I heard Ayan's voice outside, Avanti was busy sleeping when I left to meet him.

They both bumped into each other at the door.

Ayan picked up the forged document and passed it to me.

I opened the documents and glanced through the real one, the resemblance was uncanny.

We walked back inside, and the doctor came and approved for us to take Avanti back home.

We thanked him, while Ayan left with him to sign the discharge document.

Before leaving, Avanti asked us to keep the original documents at a place neither Karan nor Abhishek will ever find out.

Her dad's secret summer house.

When she said secret, I do hope neither Pinky nor Karan knew about it.

The summer house looked more like the one we were living in.

Avanti and I walked inside, Ayan followed a minute later and we hid the documents hidden in the mouth of a lion, there was a safe, hidden inside it.

Who would have thought, Mr Ajay would be this clever?

"Shall we go back home now?"

Ayan left, Avanti and I smiled at each other, she held my hand and we left together.

Back at the mansion. Ayan goes around to pack the car in the garage.

Avanti and I walked inside the living room.

I was hoping to see either Pinky or Karan downstairs to welcome the new that transferred documents to Pinky's name, which is a fake document.

A maid helped me take Avanti to her bedroom. On their way, my phone rang. My parents called and this time, mom ordered me to get whatever I was doing there and come back unless she wouldn't hesitate to travel from home the find me.

That wasn't a bluff.

I just stepped into my bedroom and the first thing I saw when I turned around was, pinky, seated inside my bedroom.

Her hands are wide open to take the documents from me.

"Pinky, you're here? Why are you inside my bedroom?"

The document was driven behind my back.

"Stop it javelin, and hand over the documents to me and I'll be able to tell you where Abhishek is,"

Pinky wrapped up her hands again.

....

I am desperate to find Abhishek, and if Pinky is willing to tell after I give her this document, then I have no problem with it.

I handed the documents to her.

Pinky's eyes lit up, she went close to the door to leave, and I went after her and dragged her back to my gaze.

"Sorry! But where is Abhishek?"

I replied.

"Oh yeah! Sorry, Abhishek is at your father-in-law's secret summer house, locked in the storage room,".

She related and left me startled.

Isn't that the same house, we dropped the original documents in?..

I thought it was supposed to be a secret, why then does Pinkyy know about it ...

"Javelin, you awake?".

Avanti said and knocked, before coming in.

She found me freaking out and immediately rushed over to ask.

I had no choice but to tell her everything that Pinkyy said, who would have thought that, Abhishek was at the same place that we we? e.

Avanti asked us to go back and find him. I accepted and we left the mansion together

At the summer house, Avanti and I rushed in, heading towards the storage room.

It's been months since Abhishek went missing and now we've finally found him.

The keys to the storage room were hanging on a little nail.

Avanti opened the door, we both stepped in together and right there, we met Abhishek struggling to keep his head still.

He lowered eventually and saw us both standing before him.

"Avanti, javelin you're here, how?".

Abhishek fell unconscious.

We had to lose him and take him to the hospital, the doctor was sent to his ward.

We stared through the window.

Abhishek was seriously struggling to contain his energy.

Later, the doctor walks out...

"Doctor, how's my brother?".

Avanti rushed over and asked. I stood behind glaring so worrisome.

"Don't worry ma'am, he will be fine, just exhausted, give him time to rest,".

The doctor replied and left.

Avanti fell back into my arms and cried on my shoulders
