A big misunderstanding

Now reading as javelin POV..

After the sudden engagement party, it finally came to an end. Avanti left for her bedroom, and Karan went out to something, that I employed Ayan to follow.

Abhishek barged into the room. He says he wanted to speak with Ayan, but he wasn't at home.

Do I have to know the reason why he wished to speak with him?

My phone rang. I left the room to answer.

It was Ayan calling.

He called to inform us about Karan's whereabouts, Karan was at an old building close to the old milk factory.

Old milk factory?. What's he doing here.

Immediately, I turned back to leave and Abhishek was right there staring at him.

Oh shit, did he perhaps hear my conversation?.

"Javelin, where are you going?"

Abhishek checks the time.

It is seven in the evening and what would I tell him, I am headed too.

"I want to get a glass of water from the kitchen,".

I lied and left immediately. Before he starts interrogating me.

No one saw me leaving the house. I met a cab driver on the way home and had to beg him to take me to the old milk factory.

I got there after some time.

I paid for my fare and slowly made my way inside.

The entire place was dark. And least of all, quiet. I don't think Karan is here. Or so I thought.

I was meant to meet Karan over here

However met someone else instead, his sister.

"Hello javelin, long time no see?".

She switched on the lights to the factory.

"You! How are you well?".,

I said.

The last time we spoke to each other was at the mental asylum.

Meera asked me not to bother however be more concerned about what his brother will be willing to do to destroy, Abhishek and his entire family.

That isn't a new topic of concern, I am quite aware of his willingness to do everything just because he thinks that his sister is dead.

That's it?. I can be able to save my family if Karan finds out the truth that his sister isn't dead.

"Merra, please come with me, and let's end this once and for all,".

I held her hand.

"No! I can't " Meera takes it away.

She refused to come with me to see her brother, even though I made everything clear that her brother is willing to kill every one of Abhishek and his family if he still believes that his sister isn't alive anymore.

Meera however couldn't care less.

She begged me not to worry and left me startled by her behavior.

I got back home. Abhishek was fast asleep when I came to the room.

Thankfully he didn't find me.

I went into the bathroom to change, on getting back, it seems like Meera's presence gave me a strange feeling.

Why isn't she willing to stop all this?.

Why can't she understand that if Karan still holds on to a fake Truth, everything will fall to pieces?

The next morning. I woke up having a bad headache, having to finally face Karan's sister might be the reason why my head isn't normal.

Abhishek got a call from the lawyers, Karan had been talking to them to take over the company.

Ayan left with him.

Avanti was still in her room when I walked in. She turns to see me stand at her door.

I got in locking the door from Inside.

"Javelin, what happened, I saw you leave last night, where did you go too?".

She grabbed me to seat on the bed.

I looked away. At first, I wanted to withhold the truth that I saw Karan's sister and she wasn't willing to stop her brother.

However, I ended up doing so.

Avanti listened to the truth. She was a lot pleased that Karan's sister was around but scared to know about her hesitancy to confront her brother.

The more Karan does not know the truth, the more dangerous he becomes in our lives.

I left her room to get water from the kitchen. On reaching there, Karan drives in.

He was looking so pissed.

He stepped in and the first thing he screamed so rudely was Avanti's name.

"Avanti, get down here?".

Avanti ran out of her room.

I also left the glass back at the kitchen table and ran outside to see what was happening.

"Hey, why are you screaming my name?".

Avanti asked getting close. To much surprise, Karan pulled up his hand and hit her.

I swear I wasn't expecting him to do so.

"Hey! How dare you?"

I rushed over to fight him off. Karan however pushed me away and I ended up hitting my head on the wall and falling unconscious.

Later. I woke up. Abhishek was finally at home.

Ayan comes rushing downstairs. He was busy screaming Avantis's name.

Abhishek and I left to meet him.

"What happened bro?"

The look on our faces made him scream.

Ayan related to us that Avanti wasn't in her room anymore.

Abhishek Itself immediately left to check.

She wasn't in. We came down again, and as if that wasn't enough drama, Abhishek falls unconscious.

Ayan and I helped me up to the couch

Ayan asked me to take care of Abhishek, as he left for the police station.

I ran to get a glass of water. I waited for him to wake up.

Thus a While later. He woke up, panting for his sister.

"Hey! Calm down,"

I placed his head again on my lap.

Abhishek grabbed my legs, he couldn't control his tears anymore, and he began to cry.

Yet again. Abhishek has been left alone.

I promised him that, Avanti will be found.

Unfortunately, Abhishek took offense, he raised his head and left to his bedroom.

I wanted to go after myself.

However, remember the fact that whenever Abhishek gets mad, he doesn't think straight, and if I try to make him understand, he might end up creating a huge promise, then the one's already happening.
