I deserve that

Avanti grabbed me up. "Hey! You okay?"  She asked me, Abhishek takes her hand and grabbed me back to his gaze. He asked the same question.

What do I say?. Is it the fact that Karan's sister is hell-bent on making my life a nightmare?

"Nothing, never mind,".

I said as I Walked into the room. Avanti want to come after me but her brother stopped her and walked into the bedroom after I did

He grabbed my hands again, turning me back to my gaze.

"What?" I said.

Abhishek takes his time before responding.

"What is going on? Is there something you're not telling me?" He asks.

"What?". I angrily pushed him away, chancing to leave, "get back here,". Abhishek held me again, this time he pinned my back against the wall.

We locked eyes together.

"Tell me javelin? What is going on? You're acting strange?" He use his eyes to look at me.

I pulled him again and without saying anything, I left him alone in the bedroom, walking downstairs.

I came to the garden. I didn't know that I would find Avanti there, she turns to sense my presence.

She says, "Hey! Are You feeling okay now?". She smiles, resting her back against the bench outside.

I look behind before facing her.

"No, something happened?," I said being hesitant to speak further.

Immediately Avanti goes up from the bench and came to me.

"Hey, what's up? Did anything happen?" She asked.

I looked around again before dangling my head.

"Yes, something happened and I need your help," I said.

Avanti grab me to the bench and forced me to the seat.

"What happened?" She says.

"It's... it's Karan's sister, she sent me a disturbing message and I got really scared, that's why I shouted,"...

Avanti's eyes opened.

"Wait! What?" She yelled.

"Yes, I don't know what to do,". I replied looking at her scared eyes.

We were busy talking when Ayan walks into our midst.

He asked if everything was fine and saw we couldn't talk about the details with him. Avanti responds before I could.

"Yes, everything is fine,".. she says and gently squeezed my hands.

Ayan looks at us suspiciously before responding. " Okay, javelin, Abhishek wants you, please,".

I shook my head and smiled. I left there alone, at the door I looked back at Avanti. She smiles and I did too finally going to meet Abhishek.

"Abhishek, you called?" I walked Inside the bed, Abhishek walks out of the bathroom, he was coming out of the bathroom.

He uses his hands as a fan. I looked up seeing that the fan wasn't on. I turned back to have it turned on, I switched it and I saw rose petals dropping around the room...

I looked at the fan. It had tons of rose petals placed around the blades.

I smiled.

"You always look beautiful whenever you smile javelin,". Abhishek said as I bought down my head to look at him.

"You did this?" I step a foot closer to him.

"Yes, I wanted to say sorry for what happened, I'm sorry for that,"

Abhishek takes both his hand, folding them before me.

I smiled and took them down

"Hey, it's okay, water under the bridge,". I said as I walked away from the room...

The same day, precisely ten in the evening.

Avanti and I went downstairs, tonight Abhishek and his friend were having a dance competition.

And since no one was invited.

Avanti and I were the only ones invited and also the judges of the competition too...

The entire mansion had been set up for the show and I walked to mu sit.

Next to me, Avanti takes out her huge chat card.

I looked at them...

"Don't tell me you're going to be using this?". I said as she turns and finds me staring at them.

"Yeap, ". She looked at my table and noticed I had nothing.

"Don't tell me, you won't be grading them?". Avanti said as Abhishek walks to the podium with Ayan following behind.

They both faced us.

Abhishek and his friend had their Indian attire on.

Cute. I said as I smiled at them...

"So, shall we start the competition, because I'm dying to use my chat card,"...

Avanti yelled, anxiously banging her hand onto the table.

I Faced her, "Hey, what's up?" I smiled

She looks at me and said.

"Nothing happened, I'm just excited to see how my brother loses,"

Abhishek overheard and got annoyed.

"Seriously, are you my sister or my enemy? He yelled.

"Oh please bro, don't emotionally blackmail Avanti, because we both know that you're a terrible dancer,". Ayan Said and laughed afterward.

Avanti joined and I looked seeing Abhishek's eyes getting angry.

I think he might need a boost.

"Okay, I don't know what you're are talking about, but I believe my husband, we win,"

Everyone stared at me Including Abhishek.

"You think so?" Abhishek said.

I shook my head and accepted.

"Yes, I trust that you'll win and," I faced Avanti, "I'll make sure someone eats their words... Avanti rolls her eyes and said, "okay then, let's go then, may the best man win, She said as she takes out her hands to me.

I collected it and immediately we smiled.

"Okay then, shall we?" Avanti faced her brother and Ayan on the stage.

Abhishek suggested going first and since Ayan had no objection to that, he takes a step down from the podium and watched Abhishek dance.

Avanti plays one of their favorite songs, by the knight, hum tum se.

An Indian song and immediately the song started playing, Abhishek began dancing, or more like hopping on stage.

I looked at Avanti. "What is that?" I said.

"You see, that's my brother dancing,". She said and laughed.

I kept on watching Abhishek's horrific dancing.

He falls to the ground and moaned like a lady who's about to give birth to a baby.

Whoa?, Avanti and Ayan want kidding when they said, Abhishek was a terrible dancer.

His horrifying..... To watch him on stage...

While Abhishek continued, horrifying us with his dancing, at the mirror I close to him, I noticed a shadow pass

What's happening?".. I said.

Avanti held my hand, "hey, what's up!" She asked.

"Nothing, " I replied as we smiled away looking at her brother dancing....

Afterwards, Avanti angrily slapped her hands on the table asking her brother to stop.

She faced me, " aren't you going to say anything, judge?", She grinned at both ends.

I noticed what she meant.

I stood up and just when I was about to speak, someone throw a stone inside, directly at us.

Everyone all stared at the stone. Stunned.

"What's all this?," Avanti said. As she tires taking the stone up....

I panicked and grabbed it before she could even touch it.

"I'll have a look,". I smiled. As she looked at me.

I opened the paper wrapped in a stone. .

"What's written?" Avanti said, unable to withstand the tension .

I looked at her.

While taking up the paper to read, I heard Abhishek screaming there was someone outside....

He says, pointing out the window. Right behind.

I turned, seeing someone making a run for it.....

"Hey, stop".. Ayan yelled. He ran outside and Abhishek followed.

Avanti and I came afterwards.

Avanti and I pursued after her brother...

We all got together to the front gate.

Strangely there was no one securing the gate

I stared around, hoping to find at least one of the security around...

I didn't find anyone....

However when I turn around to survey further, I heard Abhishek yell.

"You?" He says..

I turned around and right there in front of me and everyone else.

We met Karan's sister staring at us.

We looked startled.

Abhishek said, "what are you doing here?"..

"I came to see you, my love". Karan's sister says as she looks at me.

And I looked away.....

Avanti noticed that, she grabbed my hand away . "What is happening!, Do you know that she was coming?".

She asked me.

"No, I didn't Know" I said looking across, her faces grinning at Abhishek.

I Faced Avanti again.

"I didn't know anything, but she did sent me a letter, telling me to prepare for what is about to happen,"... I said....

Avanti gasp, "what is hell?, Why didn't you tell me?" She says.

"I'm sorry, but I thought I would at least, handle it,".....

I said......

Avanti rolled her eyes and walked away.. I followed her and we came back meeting Karan's sisters gaze on me.

She said, "I can see that you're now married, " she turns to Abhishek, "does your mom know about it?". She said.

"That isn't your business, tell us, what are you doing here?".

Avanti said before she could hear her brothers response.

Abhishek looks at her, "please stop, okay?" He said. He passes eyes with me before facing Karan's sister again.

"Can we go inside, at least, I deserve that, after I saved your life and that of your mom?".

She smiles.

"What do you mean?" Abhishek said . He squeezed his eyes brows at her..
