Flipping to the next page of his book, he smiled happily due to the immense joy he deprived in reading a good book. If there's anything he loves more than tranquility and his girlfriend Jessica, then it's reading a book.
Without diverting his gaze from the pages, he sipped lightly from the cup of espresso that's in his possession. Jinx, engrossed in reading while sipping coffee, had grown oblivious of his surroundings—including his best friend, Leonard, who's seated across from him.
“Dude!” Leo had grown angry since he's been ignored by Jinx for far too long. Swiftly, he snatched the book from Jinx's grip, and that brought him back to life.
“Leo?” Jinx growled, seemingly pissed off. “Don't give me that look, you bastard. I've been talking to you for almost an hour, yet you didn't reply. If you want to read, do it at home, not in a goddamn café!” he snapped afterward.
Exchanging words with Leonard is simply fruitless, so Jinx sighed softly as he leaned backwards on the chair.
“And now that I have your attention, what do you think about what's happening in the city?” Leo questioned while placing the book on the table.
Presently they are both in a popular café that's close to Light College; a prestigious medical college in California which they both are attending.
Since they've been friends through childhood, Leonard's more like a brother to Jinx—they've been through hell together and there's literally nothing that'll separate them.
“Huh? What are you talking about?” Jinx, who had been unmindful about the recent events, asked with a scrawl. While Leo groaned tiredly at his apathetic attitude, Jinx reached for his espresso.
“Seriously, dude, you've got to start socializing some more! Being an introvert ain't bad, but it can be lethal”.
“Stop with the fucking preaches and spill” Jinx responded with a groan. “You're so lucky to have someone like me in your dark life” He huffed with a shrug.
“Y'know, the recent death tolls getting out of hand. The police say the killers are probably female, since men mostly get killed; their vital organs are ripped out gruesomely and their eyes gouged out. Scary, huh?” he said and shuttered at his explanation. Then again, Jinx seemed less concerned.
He arose from his seat, then snatched his book from the table. “Dude? Didn't you hear anything I just said?”
“I did okay? And it's pure bullshit. I mean, what sort of shitty serial killer would shit like that? Or are they involved in organ trafficking?” Jinx asked as he furrowed his eyebrows questioningly. “Look, I don't know. Let's be careful” Leonard also stood up since they've got classes.
“If the killer happens to be a lady, and a surprisingly hot one, I'll be glad to be raped to death. Right?” Leonard grinned naughtily as they walked out.
Jinx simply shook his head; he's unsurprised to hear such dumbass words from Leonard.
Meanwhile, at a table in the café, Jinx and Leonard were being watched by someone. She stood from her seat, paid the bills and left the café.
Jinx and Leonard boarded a taxi to Light College, and so did she. During her ride there, she couldn't help but fantasize how good-looking Jinx is.
Recalling the slickness of his jet black hair—that perfectly molded face; sharp jawlines and small yet cute lips to match, Marie is amazed yet thrilled.
“Jinx Armstrong” a small smirk crept up on her lips. “You're next”.
“.”.”.”.”.”.”.”.”.”.”.”.”.”.”
NOON.
“Finally…! Classes are over!!” The raucousness of his scream got everyone looking at him, but once they saw Leonard, they laughed; he's the troublemaker of the class after all.
Jinx on the other hand kept staring at his cell phone, anticipating the response of his girlfriend, Jessica, who's not in school. While Leonard began packing up to leave, Jinx remained seated.
“Come on, dude, she'll respond eventually. Let's go” he frowned, a bit displeased—he's fucking exhausted, so he wants to leave as soon as possible.
“I wonder why she's not in school. Do you think she's sick?” Jinx referred the question to Leonard as he stood too. Leonard scoffed nonchalantly and lowly; he's never liked Jessica—she's pretty popular around guys, for reasons best known to him. Although Leo's tried to talk Jinx out of the relationship, his friend is rather stubborn.
“Jessica's nice okay?” Jinx said. “Yeah. Nice my ass” he muttered a reply. They proceeded to leave, but their paths were obstructed by Marie.
“Hey…!” she beamed cheerfully at them, but kept being stared at unfriendly. “Do you want something?” Leonard spoke hoarsely.
“Not really. I wanted to speak with him” she pointed at Jinx. Before Leonard could glance at Jinx, he already slipped away. “Oh…?” she watched him walk off quietly and could only grin—she's in love with boys who play hard to get.
“As you see, he doesn't wanna. Unfortunately, he's got a girlfriend. Fuck off!” Leonard warned casually then left. Marie seemed fine, neither angered nor saddened. In fact, her desire to have him grew more intense.

Later that night, a room was filled with unholy noises as the two figures made love passionately. While he laid on the bed with Marie mounted on him, he groaned pleasurably. She twisted, bounced and twerked crazily on his d×ck and moaned senselessly.
“Oh fuck Marie!”
“Just like that!”
He grunted as he held her waist firmly and her hands resting on his chest. Hair scattered, face clothed in lust, with sweat streaming endlessly down her body, Marie was in bliss. The gentleman on her bed is someone she doesn't know—he's a stranger who gleefully offered to have intercourse with her. “I'm about to c×m, Marie!” he blurted huskily.
“Hmm! Do…it” she managed to respond through heavy breaths. She increased her pace—bouncing more roughly on his d·ck and soon, she felt hot sticky liquid shooting into her womb.
“Ah!” She cried in ecstasy with trembling legs. She maintained her position while gazing down on the drained gentleman. “That was… amazing,” he smiled widely.
Yet, Marie kept gaping at him, but all she could see was Jinx Armstrong. Slowly, she reached for his eyes and then began rubbing his left eye gently. At first, he found it a bit weird, but never complained. While he remained motionless and basked in the pool of pleasure, Marie extended the claws on her fingernails.
Rapidly, she shoved her sharp index finger in his left eye, which produced a painful groan from his lips. He attempted to rush out, but Marie held him in place.
“What the fuck is wrong with you, lady? Fuck! Fucking stop it!” he whimpered loudly, then again she didn't care. Done extracting his bloody eyeball, a smile formed on her lips. She parted her lips then threw it into her mouth.
“Oh fuck! How delightful” Marie shivered as she savored the deliciousness of it. Again, she shoved her finger into his right eye, only for him to scream raucously.
“Oh, humans are simply luscious. Fuck. We werewolves have got to start feasting on you all lowly creatures” She grinned as she devoured him slowly.
“Jinx Armstrong, I swear you'll be next. Wait for me.”
He dialed her number again for the eleventh time, only for the call to go into voicemail. To simply say, Jinx's getting frustrated. He tossed the phone carelessly on the bed as he stood up. “What the hell is wrong with Jessica?” he grunted with his fingers dipped into his hair—it's been a week since he last saw his girlfriend. As absurd as it may sound, she's yet to call him. Despite how much research he's made about her whereabouts, Jessica can't be found. While he contemplated hard about his girlfriend, the blaring ringing of his cellphone got his attention. With high hopes that it'll be a call from his beloved, he reached for it speedily. Jinx's ray of hope dissipated the instant he stared at Leo's caller ID. He gritted lowly. “What the fuck do you want?” he snapped irritatingly. At the other end, Leo's scoff of dissatisfaction was heard. “I had an idea you'll act like a total d×ck head because of Jessica, but still have some respect for my dumbass!”“What do you want, Leonardo
“Where is Jinx, for fuck’ sake!” he couldn't help but scream in desperation. Presently, he's wandering aimlessly in the club, hoping to spot Jinx at the cellar or anywhere. It's been half an hour since he disclosed the club's location, yet he can't find Jinx. Leonard, exhausted, went over to the cellar and settled on the high stool. He brought out his cell phone and, once more, dialed Jinx's number, only for the call to go straight into voicemail. “Oh fuck this” he mumbled angrily. The bartender narrowed his eyebrows at the cussing young man. “Something bothering you, pretty boy? A bottle of tequila might help” he said suggestively. Leonard sighed, then placed his cellphone on the table. “Nah. I ain't in the mood, I'm too worried about my friend. I told the fucker to get his ass down here, but I can't find him. Tch! That's the problem with introverts” he added with a light scoff. “A friend? And he's an introvert?” The bartender paused, recollecting the dazed young man he served ea
Never, for once, had he imagined something as gruesome as this would happen to him. His eyes trembled in their sockets while gaping at Marie fearfully. Jinx at that moment was overwhelmed with fear and his body shivered violently like a drenched cat. Marie, on the other hand, didn't seem concerned about his fearful gaze—after all, he is going to die tonight in a short while. “Delicious!” she gushed satisfactorily as she took a bite from the fleshy, hot and bloody organ. “You're… the serial killer?” Jinx asked faintly with blood accompanying his every word. He winced silently in pain; his body feels too feeble to cry for help—his eyes are getting drowsy, and he's aware he'll pass out any moment for now. Then again, Jinx didn't want to die; he can't die here, not in this way. Marie, done devouring his kidney, ran her slimy tongue all over her stained lips. “Yeah. Surprised, Mr. Armstrong?” she smiled widely but lethally. “You don't have to answer that, you're going to die soon anyway
Flickering his eyes weakly yet repeatedly, he finally snapped them open. At first, a sudden pang of tiredness invaded his system, but soon wore off rather quickly. The only sounds he could decipher were the beeping monitor and the slowly dropping pellets of the blood bag which is attached to his wrist via the use of a tube. Moments passed with Jinx ogling blankly at the ceiling, with literally no thoughts going through his head. He has absolutely no recollection of whatever occurred recently or why he's even laying on the hospital bed. Gently yet slowly, he arose from the bed without feeling even the slightest of pain. While he sat upright with his eyes lazily roaming around the room, the door got pushed open, and Lionel stepped in. He couldn't stop himself from smiling broadly, seeing Jinx conscious. “Mr. Armstrong. I'm so glad that you're awake!” Lionel beamed, as he advanced. Sluggishly, Jinx gazed at him—he furrowed his eyebrows silently yet doubtfully, since he's never seen th
Minutes passed by, yet Jinx was unable to move—he remained totally speechless, and entirely motionlessly with his jaw dropped. In that position, Leonard walked in, carrying a tray which contained their meals. He met Jinx, looking as pale as a ghost. “Dude, are you okay?” Leonard questioned while placing the tray on the center table. Then again, it seemed like Jinx was oblivious of his presence. Leo proceeded to tap his shoulder multiple times, which did the trick. “Y…yeah?” Jinx stuttered unintentionally as he batted his eyelashes at Leo. “You sure you're okay, dude? You seem somewhat pale. Is it hurting anywhere? Should we go back to the hospital?” he rasped worriedly all at once. It is evident that Leo is distressed—if Jinx is left unattended, he surely won't bother to go to a hospital. For some reason, Jinx despises the hospital with a great passion. He arose slowly from the couch and attempted to walk away, but got held back on the wrist by Leo. “What!” Jinx furrowed his eye
