Justina's Point of View

"You don't have to go to school with me if you don't want to. I know you are going to be busy today," I said to Chace as we drove to school. It had been two days since Alpha Mark Kidnapped me and Courtney. We had missed two days of school to recover. Chace was worried about Alpha Mark coming back and also about whatever spell the witches had placed for Courtney and me not to be able to speak to our wolves, but Greta's friend had told him that there would be no side effects from what they did. I could feel my wolf and shift now, but Courtney still couldn't shift. I could shift because I was the golden wolf, which made me stronger. I was grateful because there was no telling what would have happened if I hadn't started getting my strength back when Alpha Mark wanted me to drink the potion and had Courtney in his arms with his claws to her neck.

We had learned that the potion was one that would make a she wolf become pregnant once they had intercourse with someo
