“Let me in! You can’t do this to me!” Madeline screams.

‘I’ll make a scene and make sure they all pay for this. I called the media today anyway’ Madeline thought, she planned this right after she received an email about her contract not being renewed.

“Sorry Ma’am but the CEO himself don’t want to be associated with someone like you.”

“What?! What do you mean someone like me? Don’t you know who I am?!”

Madeline screams at the top of her lungs.

‘You are all dead once I tell everything to my father’ she thought.

The suddenly, a man dress in a nice suit came out of the building.

“We are very sorry sir but we tried to keep her out, she just kept screaming.”

He dismissed them and stared at the woman in-front of him.

“You can’t do this to me! This is a breach of contract! How dare you do this to me!? You were the one knocked on my door and begged me to become a model here!”

The man smirked. “If you read the contract before signing it, you should know that it expires today and we are no longer tied to you.”

“No! You can’t do this to me!” She still screams.

Then a woman came in.

“What the hell?!” Madeline screams and her eyes widen.

‘It is really her. She’s alive? Fuck this!’

“So it is you! You’re the one making all of this mess. You ruined my relationship with Helios before and now you are clinging to him just to ruin my career!”

‘Let’s see if you can out run the media this time! I will make sure you even be embarrassed going out and regret coming back!’ Madeline thought seeing Mallory.

“Mal, wait for me upstairs okay? I will handle this.” Jack says and she nods but before leaving she looks at Madeline.

“I am so sorry but I don’t remember you. And this is so confusing. They said Helios was my husband and you’re saying I am his mistress?” Mallory said to her which made the media whisper.

‘So Ms. Madeline was the mistress.’

‘She ruined the most perfect marriage’

‘She was good playing innocent’

‘Wait, why does Mrs. Kinsley doesn’t remember anything?’

‘She’s alive?!’

All the whispers, Madeline heard. Which made her even more mad that Mallory gets all the good attention.

“Mal, up, now.” Jack tells her and she nods leaving them all behind.

“I will only say this once.” Jack says facing the media.

“She was the only reason Ms. Madeline here was hired. She was married to the Kinsley before and was treated poorly, but she still asked me to hire this woman even without much talent” Jack says pointing at Madeline which made her even more embarrassed and angry.

“But now that she does not remember anything and refuses to be associated with them, we decided to not renew this woman’s contact.”

‘What is your relationship with the former Mrs. Kinsley?’ One media asked.

“She is my sister. That is all” Jack answers and leaves.

Madeline left alone, was shocked with the revelation.

Sister!? How the hell did that low life bitch be his sister?

No! I can’t accept this! This can’t be true! She’s much more powerful than me!

Back at Helios’ company, his assistant reported everything that had happened before he got the chance to watch the news.

“Terminate her contract with us too. I don’t need drama. And make sure to book an appointment with the Hilston’s.” Helios’ commands and he obliged.

“Sir, someone started a rumor now about Ms Mallory. And demands a DNA test on the ashes.” His assistant replied.

“No need. I know she is my wife. Let that be a rumor. I know who started it and if I bite unto it, it would seem like I’m a fool. Not anymore” Helios answered.

Now, she doesn’t remember me? I’ll make sure she does and have her back with me once again. Helios said.

“Mom! What should we do now!?” Madeline screams while pacing around.

“The plan didn’t work.” William said.

“And all of her contracts including with the Kinsley’s has been canceled” Cynthia answered her husband.

“Let’s not cause’ drama for now.” William said and left the duo together.

“Mom, we can’t just not do something!” Madeline whined.

“If we can’t do something to Helios then we go to the root of all out problems. If she didn’t come back, you’d still have your contracts.”

“How? Like hell, we didn’t even know she belonged to a prominent family! And worse, the same status as Jack!”

“Beg for old Mrs. Kinsley’s approval. She’ll over turn this if she’s on our side.” Cynthia told her daughter.

Madeline scoffed “Mom, are you stupid? The old hag doesn't like me! Ever since then, she always favored that stupid little bitch!”

“Don’t call me stupid! Just do everything to get her sympathy. While doing so, I’ll ask your dad to dig up something about the Kinley’s and we’ll use that to blackmail them into marrying you.”

“What if I get married to him but treated like a dirt?”

Cynthia smirked “We can still use your marriage! Even when Helios didn’t like Mallory before, he still protected her, right? He will have no choice to protect you either!”

Then Madeline realized her mother is right, as long as she has the title of Mrs. Kinsley, no one could ever touch her.

But now she wondered, how the hell will she do that.
