Aletta rubbed her hand on her skirt for the third time since she stood opposite the gates of the Delgado estate. She knew that Joshua was not satisfied with the outcome of their call yesterday. "Are you going to stay for breakfast or should we head out now? Your first appointment of the day begins in exactly an hour so you still have enough time to have breakfast and drive there" she rambled on when she saw that he was not willing to speak. The entire day was filled with them trying to meet up with one meeting or another. Joshua had no time to overthink the confession but he still remembered it occasionally. They were standing outside the hotel they had just had a meal with some partners to discuss opening up a new office.
