Chapter Fifty One: Confrontation

RUBY had no trouble finding Adam. He still had the same address and remained as the CEO and owner of ALV Financial, one of the leading financial companies in Asia.

As she exited the elevator heading to the floor where Adam's office was located, she was immediately greeted by a middle-aged woman. "Do you have an appointment?" the woman asked in a formal tone. She was slightly taken aback by the question.

"Are you Adam's secretary?" Surprise flickered in the woman's eyes when she mentioned Adam's name, as if they were close. She nodded. "Yes, I am Mr. Whitlock's secretary."

"Oh, I see." She smiled at Adam's secretary. "I don't have an appointment, but please inform him it's Ruby Rose Castillo. I'm sure he'll let me in."
