The Verdict

After packing up my office with the help of Zoe and my boss, I placed all my stuff in the corner of the room. My boss offered to have them sent back after I told him that my sister and I came there without a car.

I also ended up having a talk with almost everyone in the small building, which was roughly ten people. The company did not have a lot of employees and so that is why I felt a bit crappy about leaving even though I knew that it was the right thing to do.

But it’s not because the company isn’t good and is not doing well, in fact I know that it’s doing well because it is a new company that was opened just two months after I started working there, so it has indeed come far and is growing steadily.

Zoe and I finally walked out of the building after two hours. She had a grin on her face that made me curious. “What are you smiling about?” I inquired.
