Meet Me In The Woods

“I was only falling in love.” That was the last thing that Serenity said to me before she left. She told me that she was going to find Jacob to have a talk with him. She wore a pink sweater over her blouse, grabbed her bag, and left.

The sun had suddenly begun to slip away under a blanket of dark and gloomy clouds. A light drizzle of rain could be heard, and I could swear that I could smell it.

The drizzle soon changed into something more serious and lightning accompanied it, followed by strong thunders. All the lights in the house were suddenly turned on by the staff due to the clouds withholding the rays of the sun.

The sound of the rain and thunder was refreshing. They brought a refreshing vibe.

It was almost noon but it looked like it was almost night because of the weather.

I headed to my room, took a shower, got dressed, and went back downstairs so I could make myself something to eat. I was so hungry.
