Will Marina be fine?

I have never felt this much guilt in my life. Thinking about how I could have listened to her and not try to escape, I badly want to cuss myself out. Now here I was, locked in my room, each and every windows locked from the outside, with no single ray of light sighted.

While I was been bundled back inside, I got a glimpse of Marina receiving treatment yet I’m still so worried.

Nothing can save me this time. Derek will have me dealt with and I hope, when the time comes for it, Marina will be excluded. She doesn’t deserve to suffer with me.

I alone should bear my cross.

The next morning, I was fast asleep on the bare floor when I heard the creaking of the door. Light shone inside as the person entered, walking past me to let open the windows.

I scrambled up my feet immediately, then I saw it’s Eva.

Derek sent someone sooner than I expected. Could it be Marina has recovered and it’s time for the judgement? I don’t know what to think.
