Ang SCI ay isang ahensyang humahawak sa mga murder case. Nabuo ang grupo nang Special Crime Investigation na kung saan ay pinangungunahan ni Police Captain Luna Rose Enriquez. Hindi inaasahan nang kapitan na ang unang kasong hahawakan nila ay isang series crime na kung saan sunod-sunod ang pagpapatay nang mga krimal sa mga biktima nito. Noong una ay inakala nang kapitan na isang simpleng tao lang ang mga kriminal. Hanggang sa napagtanto niya na hindi sila katulad nang mga ordinaryong mamamayan.
