Zasqia dan Surya berpacaran sejak mereka Sama-sama duduk di bangku kuliah, 7 tahun lamanya mereka memadu kasih, saling setia, 3 tahun yang lalu mereka harus berpisah sebab Zasqia dipindah tugas ke Cililin Bandung Jawa Barat sebagai kepala Bidan, selama LDR mereka baik-baik saja, Surya berjanji di bulan Desember akan melamar Zasqia sebab di bulan itu juga masa tugas Zasqia di Cililin selesai, sayangnya di bulan Oktober Zasqia menemukan bukti perselingkuhan Surya, bukan hanya selingkuh akan tetapi Surya bahkan sudah bertunangan dengan wanita lain. Zasqia patah hati dan memutuskan menemui Surya di kota Ngawi, dengan kereta api jurusan Bandung -Kertosono akhirnya Zasqia menemui Surya, mereka pergi berdua ke tempat rekreasi dengan tujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah, sayangnya saat pertemuan Surya cemburu dengan dokter Ryan, dan menuduh Zasqia selingkuh dengan dokter Ryan, karena kalap Surya memperkosa Zasqia. Keesokan harinya Surya mengajak dokter Ryan dan Zasqia menemui kedua orang tuanya, untuk meminta ijin menikahi Zasqia, namun caci dan maki orang tua Surya berikan ke Zasqia. Dokter Ryan mengajak Surya ngobrol di luar rumah, mereka memutuskan berbicara di sebuah bukit, obrolan terjadi, dan Surya memutuskan untuk meninggalkan Zasqia dengan alasan takut kepada ayah dan bunda nya. Dokter Ryan emosi dan terjadilah duel diantara mereka berdua, melihat itu Zasqia mencoba melerai dan tidak berhasil, ahirnya Zasqia memutuskan untuk meninggalkan Surya dan dokter Ryan, naasnya Zasqia terpeleset dan jatuh, dengan kepala membentur batu, Zasqia meninggal di perjalanan. Dokter Ryan tidak bisa menerima kematian Zasqia, lalu dia membawa jenazah Zasqia ke rumah bapak Suganda, yang terkenal sebagai orang pintar, dan bisa menghidupkan jasad yang sudah mati, Zasqia hidup kembali, dan kini dia kembali untuk menuntut balas atas kematiannya. Bagaimana kisah selanjutnya? Apakah Zasqia bisa membalas dendam?. Dan siapakah Zasqia yang sekarang ini?.
