Adrian. My heart pounds against my chest as I peek out of my hiding spot. With my gun in hand, I was ready to fire once I spot my target. Sweat drips from my brows as I listen to all the noises coming from the hall and I worry. Igor had told me to get in and out as fast as possible, but the target hadn't shown up. He'd told me getting in would be the hardest part and I did just that. The target is what was keeping me longer than I am meant to be here."Where are you, you fucker?" I say as I look through the little opening in my hideout. That's when I notice the guards seem to have doubled and I panic. Okay, okay, breathe in, I tell myself. It is just an extra set of pinheads, nothing I can't take care of, I say to myself. I am Adrian, AKA one-shot sniper, I never miss. This was nothing. But something in the back of my mind is telling me there is something off. I can't put my finger on it, but I hope everything falls in line. It would be a pain if it didn't."Viktor… Alexei…Mikhail,

Adrian “Get the job done real quick. We’ll be leaving in one hour.” Niko-fucking-lia voice rings in my ear as I drive my bike to Igor’s place. Am I going to kill him? Yes. It's either I die or he dies. I can't give up my life for him, there's so much more I'm yet to achieve. I grunt angrily, maneuvering my bike to his place. I can't even think of running away after killing him. Fucking Nikolai placed a tracker on me. I don't know where. He made me unconscious, opened a part of my body, and planted a tracker there. I've tried looking for the spot, but I can't find it. I don't feel any pain either. Another grunt escapes my lips as I swerve my bike to a dark alley. I would make it quick and pay a quick visit to Larisa, my girlfriend. I know she'll be so worried about me. I can't even find my phone. I pull up my bike in front of Igor’s house and step down. I catch sight of the guard. Annoying bastard. “Where's Igor?” I ask, standing in front of him. I look unharmed, but I have a

Adrian “Step back miss,” I utter softly to the raging lady in front of me with my most respectful voice, but the look in her eyes only hardens.“Who the fuck is this bastard!” She yells in Russian and I slowly shake my head. Why is Nikolai still quiet? He should deal with his sister.“Please step back, miss.” I utter politely, but she only glares harder at me before looking at her brother.“Tell this bastard to get his hands off me Nikolai, or I'll kill him before killing you!” She snaps again in Russian and finally, Nikolai reacts.“Are you done, Irina?” Irina. That's her name.“No, I'm not. Where the hell were you?” She screams at him, finally releasing the knife. I sigh in relief, bending down to pick up the knife.“You just disappeared after father's funeral and you think you can appear again. Get out Nikolai, you're not needed anymore!” She screams, her face red as she practically jumps in his face though he's way taller than her.“Irina,” Nikolai begins, taking in a deep breath

Nikolai As I walk into the Dining room with Olga, three pairs of eyes stare directly at me. One with anger. I totally understand Irina, she'll come around. And two with nothing but pure contempt. Those two pairs of eyes belong to my mother and brother. She stands up the moment she sees me, Pavel following suit like the dog he is.“What are you doing here?” She asks, not hiding the hatred she has for me. I'm already used to it.Her hair is packed in a tight bun and she's wearing her usually straight red dress which usually has a black belt that matches with her shoe.“Because this is my house.” A smile graces my lips and my eyes land on my little sister.“How are you, Irina?” I ask.“As if you care how I am.” She mumbles standing up to her feet and she disappears from the dining room, going straight upstairs.Seriously, Irina and Olga are the only people I care for in this house.Olga is not my mother but she practically raised me and made me feel motherly love and Irina, she used to

Adrian What a crazy and Dramatic family! From the mother to the sister they are all crazy. No doubt.Like what the hell? The sister tries to stab the brother and the mother slaps the son. I couldn't stand that and had to stop her. I did not stop her because I cared for Nikolai. I just hate seeing parents hit their children. I was a constant victim of that, and it's kind of traumatic for me.And the bastard, he asked me to join him in the back seat, making me feel so uncomfortable. I wanted to join the other SUV that contained his other men.We finally arrived at the house I recognized as the Pakhan’s house. While Nikolai went inside, Ilya and I remained outside, standing with other guards.Minutes later, a man storms out of the room, looking pissed as hell. He keeps mumbling something under his breath as he walks away. That's Vladimir. Two other men walk out moments later. Viktor and Alexei. They seem to be the same age as Nikolai and handsome as well. These men scream power with an
