Teagan's POV I couldn't believe my ears when I heard the words. Alpha Kai was even signaling to me to sit down. We were at the yard for the celebration and unveiling of the Luna. That's what we were told by my tricky father, only to be met with the formation of a council named Council of Protectors. Ashamed, I sat down back burying my head. I had never felt so ashamed in my life and it happened in the presence of this mammoth crowd. My face was instantly consumed by a dark cold expression. Lorenzo's POV Some hours earlier. I rushed into the throne room, and immediately the maidservant relayed the message to me. Since I had become Luna, I had become a little bit restless. Lorenzo's POV It was almost midnight. I was suddenly awoken by some strange sounds coming from outside the room. Alpha Kai was sound asleep. I hissed as I realized that I had been too suspicious for no reason. I laid back to continue my sleep. Alpha Kai would have been the first to wake if there was something wrong.
